SUMMARY: This position is responsible for opening new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generates new leads and develop new accounts in the Industrial Manufacturing Market.
- Educates potential customers on our products and services, and how they can benefit their operations.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing customers, demonstrating new product offerings to increase customer retention.
- Identifies new areas of growth within existing accounts.
- Collaborates with internal team members to ensure timely delivery of products and resolves any customer issues or concerns.
- Prepares reports and forecasts on sales activity and provides updates to management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Maintenance Mechanic
Maintenance Mechanic Position Details
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for building and maintain mechanical systems, and uses a variety of hand and power tools.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembles, installs, and maintains mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment
- Troubleshoots machinery and performs routine preventative maintenance
- Reads, interprets, and follows instructions and operation manuals
- Maintains a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery
- Cleans, repairs, and installs equipment and part as needed
- Operates a variety of hand and power tools
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Complies with health and safety regulations
- Performs general maintenance work on builds as assigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
